- The 22 town homes have approx. 1,537 square feet of interior space and 300 feet of exterior decks with 3 bedroom (or 2 bedrooms and an office-den); 2.5 bathrooms.
- The 12 flats in 2 buildings have approximately 770 square feet of interior space and 80 sq.ft. of exterior decks. They are configured as one-bedroom/one-bath/open-plan/high-ceilinged residences.
- Bamboo hardwood floors throughout living areas on level one. Carpet on level two at bedrooms and hallway.
- Marmoleum flooring in master bathroom
- Granite counter-tops in kitchen
- HVAC is via an Energy Star rated heat-pump air-conditioning system
- Energy Star rated appliances include dish washer, refrigerator, washer/dryer and light fixtures.
- Stainless steel Jenn-Air Electric Stove (no gas utility in Mosier)

- Maple panel kitchen cabinets
- 120 gal hot water tank with solar pre-heat panel on roof.
- Each of the 22 town homes and 6 of the 12 flats have roof-mounted photovoltaic electric and solar thermal roof panels which provide approximately 50% of the energy needs of the residence. See "Alternative Energy" Tab.
- Energy Star rated Windows use low-e insulated ultra-violet blocking glazing.
- Sound mitigating glazing is used on the north (river side) of the units.
- The residences will have sound-mitigating insulation between each unit in order to reduce the transfer of noise.
- Each town house comes with a 2-car carport and a 5 X 10 foot storage locker.
- Each flat comes with a one-car carport and a 4 X 9 foot storage locker.
- Exterior cladding is stained cedar siding over a breathable waterproof membrane.
